Between: GO2COACHHIRE LTD

and: You (the Customer)
1. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, you accept these Terms and Conditions and enter into a contract with GO2COACHHIRE LTD. Confirmation is sent via email.
2. Our Role and Relationship with Suppliers
a. Booking Agent: GO2COACHHIRE LTD acts as an independent booking agent. We do not own, operate, or provide the vehicles or drivers for your journey.
b. Supplier Provision: The transport service (the “Journey”) is fulfilled by independent third-party coach operators (“Operators”). When you confirm a booking with us, we are acting to arrange a contract for transport services between you and the assigned Operator.
c. Our Responsibility: Our responsibility is limited to facilitating your booking, processing payments, and acting as a point of contact between you and the Operator. The provision of the vehicle, the conduct of the driver, and the execution of the journey are the sole responsibility of the Operator. While we take reasonable care in selecting reputable Operators, we are not liable for their acts or omissions.
3. Bookings
Booking fees apply only to the vehicle and driver, unless stated otherwise in writing.
Ensure all booking details are accurate. Report any errors within 1 day.
Any information not included in the booking cannot be relied upon.
4. Amendments
Changes must be requested within 1 day of booking confirmation.
GO2COACHHIRE LTD will issue a new booking and any additional fees must be paid before it’s confirmed.
Changes cannot be made through the operator directly.
If changes can’t be accommodated, you may cancel the contract within 7 days.
Reductions in service may not lead to a reduced cost. Cost adjustments depend on notice period (see Compensation Table).
5. Warranties
Booking includes vehicle and operator only. Extras like tolls or tickets are not included.
Journey times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Seating is based on booking details, not vehicle capacity.
Delays due to external factors (e.g., traffic, weather, breakdown) are possible.
Vehicles may differ in appearance and amenities unless specified in your booking confirmation.
6. Payments
A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Security deposits must be paid within 2 days of request.
Full payment is due 14 days before travel or within 2 days of booking confirmation (unless credit terms apply).
Unpaid fees are subject to:
15% annual interest (daily)
£75 late payment fee
7. Journey Terms
GO2COACHHIRE LTD may replace a vehicle with a similar one if needed.
Route taken is at the operator’s discretion unless specified.
Stops may occur for legal breaks or passenger requests.
Items left behind are stored for 90 days; transport is at your expense.
You may be refused travel or removed for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, or if you appear intoxicated or ill.
8. Journey Limitations
Journey times are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
Journey disruption caused by your failure to disclose critical details is not our responsibility.
9. Delays and No-Shows
Notify us of delays at least 15 minutes before departure.
Delays over 30 minutes may result in cancellation if the driver’s schedule is affected.
No-shows (arriving 15+ minutes late without contact) result in loss of booking fees.
10. Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate details, including flight and pickup info.
Arrive 15 minutes early with ID.
No smoking onboard. Intoxication or unauthorized alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.
Respect the vehicle, operator, and others.
Supervise luggage and ensure it is safe and appropriate for transport.
11. Alcohol Policy and Drinking Bond
Statutory Prohibition for Football Matches: In accordance with UK law, it is strictly illegal to carry or consume alcohol on a coach or minibus traveling to or from designated sporting events, including association football matches. No exceptions will be made, and no Drinking Bond can be accepted for these journeys. Any breach of this law will result in the immediate termination of the journey and potential police involvement.
For all other non-restricted journeys, the consumption of alcohol on board any vehicle is strictly prohibited unless pre-agreed in writing by GO2COACHHIRE LTD prior to the Journey Date.
If alcohol consumption is legally permissible and pre-agreed, you must pay a refundable cleaning bond (the “Drinking Bond”) prior to travel.
The Drinking Bond must be paid in full and cleared in our accounts before the journey commences.
The Drinking Bond will be refunded after the journey, provided the vehicle is left in an acceptable condition without damage, spills, or excessive mess requiring deep cleaning.
If the Operator determines that the vehicle requires specialized cleaning due to alcohol consumption, the costs will be deducted from the Drinking Bond. If the cleaning costs exceed the bond amount, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.
If alcohol is consumed on board without prior written agreement, it is considered a breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to immediately refuse onward travel or terminate the journey, and you will be subject to cleaning and damage fees.
12. Animals and Children
Declare assistance animals with appropriate certification.
You must supply absorbent mats and ensure the animal is restrained.
Declare any children needing car seats; GO2 COACH HIRE LTD does not supply baby seats.
13. Non-Disparagement
You must not:
Damage the reputation of GO2 COACH HIRE LTD;
Make or encourage negative public statements about us;
This clause survives the end of the contract.
14. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the value of your booking.
These Terms do not override your rights under consumer law.
15. Risk and Indemnity
You must indemnify GO2COACHHIRE LTD against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your breach or misconduct;
Your failure to disclose important booking info;
Indemnity applies even if we breach the agreement unless gross negligence is proven.

Upon termination:
Deposits may be forfeited;
You must settle outstanding amounts immediately;
We may offset what you owe against amounts due.
19. Accrued Rights
Termination does not affect our right to enforce accrued rights, recover damages, or receive payments due.
20. Compensation
Compensation is discretionary and not an admission of liability.
Only the highest value issue may be compensated if multiple issues occur.
See the Compensation Table for details on fees for cancellations, delays, no-shows, and other events.
